Brandback came to life during the COVID-19 pandemic as illness swept the country, forcing businesses to temporarily close their doors. Businesses separated from their customers, and customers from the products and services they love. As “staying at home” and "social distancing" became the new normal, many small businesses struggled to stand out while others just wanted a way to reconnect with their customers. Tammy Bird-Scott, a former corporate marketing professional and brand strategist with more than 20 years of experience created Brandback as a way to help these businesses.
